All broths, sauces and dips are made from scratch so we know every single ingredient going into your food.

We support local, regenerative ranches and farms and cook with olive oil, butter, ghee, tallow, rendered bacon fat, and coconut oil.


Whether you envision a small private dinner for a special occasion or a healing container for a deep-dive retreat, we can help bring your event to life.

We also offer weekly meal prep service for those looking for long-term support in the kitchen.
