Travel Tips for Bali Retreat
Here are some basic recommendations
Airport code is DPS. You’ll be flying into Ngurah Rai International Airport.
We recommend arriving to Bali 2-4 days prior to the retreat to acclimate to the time zone, if possible. Let us know if you’d like recommendation on where to stay.
Allowing a few days after the retreat to continue soaking in the experience is also recommended. We can help arrange transportation to your next destination.
US, Japan, Australia, and many other countries do not need visas to visit Bali for up to 30 days.
Be sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date.
We’ve traveled through Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Singapore getting to Bali and are happy to offer support if you have questions.
For those arriving early, it’s very easy to arrange airport pickup with your Airbnb or Hotel in advance.
The weather in Bali ranges from 72F (22C) - 81F (26C) so be mindful when packing. We will send a list of things to pack when you register.
Outlets are different in Indonesia. You can easily find appropriate adapters online or in the airport. If you forget, there are options on the island, too.
There are ATMs available and it’s also helpful to carry some cash with you. We will send recommendations on this with registration confirmation.
